Book Tour Events: Celiac.com Interview, Radio Appearance & Book Signing

To coincide with the release of my new book Gluten Free Throughout the Year, I am hitting the book tour trail, spreading the word in a number of different ways.

It all starts Wednesday, May 12th, at www.Celiac.com with my first author interview about the book. I am very pleased to have a leading site in the gluten-free movement and industry, www.Celiac.com as the first “stop” on my Virtual Book Tour. (In case you were wondering, a Virtual Book Tour is a tour in which an author visits websites and blogs instead of traveling across the country to bookstores.) Be sure to “travel” along with me by going to this link, so you can read the interview and learn a lot more about the book, why I wrote it, and how the format of the book came to be.

Next week will be my first interview on the radio about my new book. I will be on “Your Holistic Health” with host Dr. Cathy Rosenbaum, Holistic Clinical Pharmacist, on WMKV 89.3 FM on Monday, May 17th, from 5:30 to 6 p.m. Eastern time (that’s 2:30 to 3 p.m. Pacific time). The show airs live in the Cincinnati area but you can also tune in at WMKV’s streaming audio at 5:30 ET (2:30 PT) at the WMKV’s “Your Holistic Health” program page. Click on the “Listen Now” link to listen to it. If you can’t tune into the show at the time it airs or if you miss it, you can listen to it as a podcast on iTunes after the show. Click on this link: “Your Holistic Health” podcast radio interview and the Dr. Cathy Rosenbaum’s iTunes podcast page will load in your iTunes player. All you have to do is select the 5/17/10 show to start listening.

For those of you who live in the Tucson or Southern Arizona area, my exclusive first book signing of Gluten Free Throughout the Year will be Saturday, May 22, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the New Life Health Center at 5612 E. Broadway. That New Life Health Center branch in particular specializes in gluten-free foods and is stocking many of the new gluten-free products that I mention in my book, and most of the staff who work there live a gluten-free lifestyle and are quite knowledgeable about the topic. That’s exactly why I chose the New Life on Broadway as the site for my first book signing. If you’re in the area, please stop by, say hello, and check out my new book. I’d love to see you there.
