Last Book Signing Before the Holidays Sunday at the Viva La Local Festival
This Sunday will be my last scheduled book signing in Tucson before the holidays! It will be at the High Energy Agriculture booth at the Viva La Local Food Festival from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.:
BOOK SIGNING
of Going Against GMOs, Going Against the Grain,
and Gluten Free Throughout the Year,
from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., Sunday, November 16th
at the High Energy Agriculture booth
at the Viva La Local Food Festival ($4.00 admission to the festival)
at Rillito Raceway Park, 4502 N. 1st Ave.
From 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., copies of my new book Going Against GMOs and my previous books Going Against the Grain and Gluten Free Throughout the Year will all be available at discounted prices at the High Energy Agriculture booth. High Energy Agriculture is a wonderful fresh local produce vendor I highly recommend.
Come early, get an autographed copy or two of my books, and shop for pesticide-free produce and other food at more than 80 farmers’ market vendors. Then store your farmers’ market purchases in the back of Viva La Local’s refrigerated truck with its “veggie valet” service until you are ready to leave, and enjoy the Festival!
The Viva La Local Food Festival is a one-day-only celebration of Tucson’s local food community and the region’s rich agricultural bounty that will have vendors from more than 80 local farms, ranches and artisan food producers.
Besides buying food at the farmers’ market, you can purchase food from more than 25 locally owned restaurants, enjoy educational experiences, and listen to a variety of local music—all to support Heirloom Farmers Markets, a wonderful resource here in Tucson. To learn more, visit http://www.vivalalocalfoodfest.com/
The event promises to be a lot of fun, and it’s a great opportunity to get my new book personally autographed by me—and at a special price. Hope to see you there!
